Probably Stolen 1.0: game overview, Demo saves and what is available now
Probably Stolen is now released on Steam for Windows. Run a single-player shop, inspect goods and customers, manage production and eventually buy the store. The Demo is retired. Its saves carry over, but the developer recommends a new run for the added stories; Demo mods may not work.

What do you actually do?
Inspect an offer, read its condition and risks, buy stock you understand, and find a customer who accepts it. Production adds another decision: making an item does not guarantee that it sells. Rent and tied-up inventory make cash management matter. The developer’s premise also includes faction loyalties and AI-controlled customers. Developer description
This is a good fit if you enjoy reading manuals, arranging inventory and choosing which risks to take. If you prefer a fully automatic, peaceful shop builder, inspect the official trailer and store description before buying. That fit assessment is editorial, not a scored review.

New run or Demo save?
Demo saves transfer, but the developer recommends starting fresh to experience newly added storylines. Keep an existing save as an alternative if you want to compare progress; do not assume compatibility means identical story flags. Demo mods are likely incompatible with the full game. Check each mod’s supported version before reusing it. This guide supplies no guessed save path or migration command. Developer’s save advice
Available now versus planned later

Junker, Organ Trader and Street Food Vendor starts, recruitment Expeditions, further appraisal items and another main-story expansion remain on the announced roadmap. They are not missing unlocks to solve in your current run. Release roadmap
Which guide should I use first?
- Learn counter regions and inventory controls before investing in stock.
- Choose a specialisation and difficulty, then follow one production chain.
- Returning water traders should read the 1.0.0.2 water changes before trusting Demo calculations.
- If an old guide disagrees with an inspection or UI result, check the release-fix lookup.
Older gallery images and Demo procedures retain their actual version labels. We have not played or installed the release; official changes and dated player reports are distinguished throughout. The latest checked patch reworks purifier logic without publishing a new formula. 1.0.0.2
